なぜこの曲でショートプログラムを滑ることになったのか。謎です。

このご本人、Samantha Guarderasさんを検索してみたら、あまりデータはなかったのですが、掲示板の書き込みらしきものがありました。

Jeffers finished fifth in the Pacific Coast Sectionals in November in Salt Lake City and was the first alternate for nationals if one of the top four finishers could not make the trip to next week's championship event in Dallas.

One of Jeffers' best friends, Samantha Guaderas of Anchorage, did qualify for the national championships, but she is suffering from tendonitis and wouldn't be able to compete."

BTW, Guarderas (correct spelling, misspelled in article) is coached by the Russian who skated for Azerbaijian, Igor Pashkevitch.

2003年の書き込みですので、今はSamanthaさんは17歳。
この曲を引っさげてNHK杯に登場、なんてことはまずないんでしょうけど、できることならいつかぜひ日本人の前でこの曲でのスケーティングを披露していただきたいです。
